To Disconnect Service
Please email utilitybilling@cityofsolvang.com and include the following:
▪Service Address or Account #
▪Date of cancellation
▪Forwarding address
Please allow one business day for the request to be processed. Cancellation date must be a future business day(no weekends or holidays) we cannot back date the service date. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the City to cancel services.

The water meter and angle meter stop are property of the City of Solvang. Please do not turn these facilities on/off. Contact the Water On Call (805)588-4659 if you need water turned on/off or need to report a leak.
